We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline. Our HVAC Installation Technician works from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday. You're responsible for showing up to jobs on time and ready to perform top-notch heating and cooling installations. With a great attitude, you engage with customers and take care of their needs. You collaborate with other installers while also training and managing helpers who are assisting you. You also maintain your work vehicle, letting management know when it needs to be serviced.
Here's what we need from you:

Connecticut HVAC trade license
HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Strong customer service, communication, and mentoring skills
Respectful attitude and professional appearance
