As an Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Rep, you assist our customers and support the administrative functions of our business. This administrative position earns a competitive salary of $35,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We provide great benefits including:

SCHEDULE
This full-time office position typically works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
 
WHAT DOES AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP DO?
As an Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Rep, you're an essential part of our team, helping our operations run smoothly day-to-day. You work with customers directly, answering their questions and booking appointments in a friendly and professional way. If any problems arise, you're patient and understanding, making sure they're resolved quickly. When you're not dealing with customers, you're keeping things organized behind the scenes. You're always willing to help with admin tasks like documentation, scheduling, and communication. You feel great working in a positive environment with great people!
 
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Customer service experience
Phone skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to type 35+ words per minute (WPM)
