THE VITAL CSR ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
This Customer Service Representative position offers a full- or part-time schedule, working Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
As our full- or part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and the essential link between our clients and technicians. Your day starts with checking messages and jumping into incoming calls, greeting each customer with professionalism and care. You'll schedule service calls, enter information into our ServiceTitan system, and make sure the right technician gets dispatched to the right job at the right time. It's a fast-moving role where you'll constantly be balancing priorities, updating schedules, and supporting both your team and our clients. Whether it's answering questions, calming a stressed-out homeowner, or making sure a technician has everything they need for success, you'll be at the heart of what keeps our operations running smoothly.
