WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience after an apprenticeship
A valid driver's license
Willingness to continue education in the heating and air conditioning industry
Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule


COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

Pay: base salary of up to $80,000/year, depending on experience, which means you could earn up to $100K per year with incentives!
Schedule: Full-time shift with on-call hours
