WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

Serve as the trusted technician that customers welcome into their homes and businesses
Diagnose system issues with confidence and accuracy across residential and commercial HVAC equipment
Execute repairs that restore comfort and meet our high standards of service
Keep your workspace consistently clean, orderly, and efficient, no matter the type of job
Provide clear, simple explanations to help customers understand their system's needs
Uphold our promise of delivering quality service backed by professionalism and integrity
Assist with callbacks as needed, always aiming to reduce inconvenience for the customer
Demonstrate respect for people and property, treating each home as you would your own


WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

Competitive salary of up to $80,000/year, based on experience, which means you could earn up to $100K per year with incentives!

3+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
EPA certified
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to provide own tools
Working knowledge of products and services
Rotating on-call schedule availability
