WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
In your role as a Commercial Service Specialist at Williamson's AC Contracting, you thrive on the dynamic rhythm of daily operations. Coordinating the service schedule with the Service Manager and technicians becomes second nature as you ensure every call gets the attention it deserves. You skillfully download photos and documentation for dispatch, preparing precise repair estimates that reflect your commitment to quality. Engaging with both commercial and residential customers, you communicate scheduling and estimates clearly, making sure each client feels valued. You handle inventory management by ordering essential materials and parts, and when needed, you assist with part pickups, knowing that every effort contributes to the team's success. Each day reaffirms your vital role in delivering exceptional service to the community.

Williamson's AC Contracting is a heating and air conditioning company that was originally started in 1994. Our goal is to make our company the best service company in the White Settlement area. We specialize in installing heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems in existing houses and buildings. We take our responsibility very seriously when our customers place their trust in us. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A COMMERCIAL SERVICE SPECIALIST?
We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and meet company insurance provider requirements
Experience using Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, & Excel
Strong communication skills
Ability to type
Ability to operate a forklift
Ability to work overtime, especially during the busy time of the year

Experience with HVAC would be preferable but not necessary for a strong candidate!
